Coming: An Awakening to a New Reality

Many of my articles address the fact that evil currently rules our world. Evil people with evil thoughts are using evil ways to convert God’s property into an evil planet for evil purposes. This injustice has been around since long before the event in the Garden of Eden that caused humankind’s path to drift away from God’s principles of perfection. And even after six thousand years, evil is still with us, but not for much longer, for changes are coming as the end of days progress toward God’s promised new world.

Just as the Great Flood of Noah’s time came and most people never knew it was approaching, and just as our promised Messiah came and few recognized him as such, the expected end of this age is almost upon us and the great majority of people do not see it as imminent. Our Lord, quoting Isaiah, once said that “seeing they do not perceive, and hearing they do not listen, nor do they understand” (Matthew 13:13, NRSV).1

A recent discourse, “Secrets Will Be Revealed”2 shed light upon the approaching unveiling of global despicable actions, characters, and schemes produced or influenced by Satan and his agents. All that wrongdoing has been aimed at disrupting and controlling people, society, and the governments of this planet. This article is a continuation upon revealed secrets.

Many church leaders believe there is a religious revival coming, as widespread evil is made evident. I believe that such a renewal of faith in God may be a bit premature. I think before that revival happens, there will be a “whole lotta shakin’ goin’ on” as rock and roll legend Jerry Lee Lewis used to sing, although for a different reason. The shaking this time is because religion is part of the problem and that thought is the focus of this article.

A Great Awakening

There may not be a complete revival coming yet, but there is definitely a great awakening now on the turnpike approaching an exit near you. And, as previously unknown facts are revealed, many will have to face some real but unbelievable spiritual truths. That is the opinion of me, as well as predictive software genius, Clif High.3

As a software engineer and inventor, Clif High is well known for his proprietary processing methods to predict future events with amazing accuracy. He reminds me of the fictional character in Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series novels who invented the science of psychohistory, which made predictions about the future behavior of very large groups of people.4 I have been following High’s work for many years and saw his predictions come true time after time.

He recently said that a collision of true history will meet the falsehoods that we have all been taught, and since there can only be one truth, this collision will destroy the various religious institutions and produce a one true worldwide religion. Now, this won’t be any human-created world religion, but one derived from and based upon facts. This is reasonable and expected by many people awaiting a return of Jesus Christ.5

And even in Jesus’ time on earth as a human, he saw the deceit and evil in the religious organizations at that time. Jesus said: “Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees, that is, their hypocrisy. Nothing is covered up that will not be uncovered, and nothing secret that will not become known. Therefore whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be proclaimed from the housetops” (Luke 12:1b-3). Why would anyone believe all Christian leaders are any more honest now, than Jewish leaders were two thousand years ago?

There will be ensuing chaos as this happens, because of our faith. In this coming global crisis of belief and trust, we are going to learn the true history of our world and that information will confront the reality of our human past which may not appear factual, even though it is. Over thousands of years we have been deceived about the truth of humanity and it is all going to come to light.6

But, no matter what, don’t let it make you lose your faith in God. “For nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, nor is anything secret that will not become known and come to light. Then pay attention to how you listen; for to those who have, more will be given; and from those who do not have, even what they seem to have will be taken away” (Luke 8:17-18).

We all have a learning curve of sorts. Acquiring knowledge is like a puzzle and it takes time to examine everything as we put the pieces together; it is slow to begin with, but speeds up as we connect all the information. And we can’t allow our adult life to fool us — no matter what our age, we can still learn more, including realizing that we have been deceived in some ways and need to make corrections. And as we acquire new knowledge we need not throw away our past beliefs, but merely temporarily put them aside — separate the new source of information from our faith. In other words, learn all that is coming to light and process it before believing anything, then take the facts and slowly weave them into your faith.

For example, when we went through school in our childhood, each year we learned bits and pieces of our education, so that when we graduated, it had all come together to present a higher level of knowledge and logic. But since leaving those educational institutions, we have sometimes gained new knowledge that made us question what we had previously learned. This is a normal process of having free will — we get to make choices in what to believe from the information we learned.

Likewise, when the apostles were with Jesus during his ministry, they did not fully understand the complete picture until after our Lord was murdered and rose from the dead. So let’s not be discouraged during the coming unveiling of truth of our human history; let’s not allow the outpouring of information to shake our faith. We must wait until all the information is out in the open and we are able to wrap our minds around the newfound facts. Take it all in first, then let your faith guide you.

I sometimes applied a different analogy for such events of chaos and confusion. There is an old cowboy phrase I used when giving speeches about decision making, “Wait until the smoke clears to see how it turned out.” That saying derives from gun fights in the pioneer days of the western United States. There was a lot of smoke from the six-shooters clouding the scene, and you had to wait until that smoke cleared before you could understand how all the action went down.

But remember: vēritās līberābit vōs (the truth will set you free). Keep that in mind. “Then Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, ‘If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free’,” (John 8:31-32). What the various Christian denominations teach today is but just a shadow of the truth that was taught by Jesus. By extension, it can be said all religions have only part of the truth. They will all be shaken.

Forthcoming will be some very mind-bending knowledge, I think. It will be slow coming to light at first, but increasingly so over a period of years. It is necessary to have the record set straight, before God’s new age begins. Our Lord wants the new age to be based upon truth and facts, not deceit as it has been for thousands of years.

Was there intelligent life on earth before Adam and Eve?

Any talk about pre-Adamic life will get you in trouble in most every church organization today. More than once, I’ve had someone make the sign of the cross and back away from me for even bringing up this subject. For the record, the pre-Adamite hypothesis is the theological belief that intelligent, yet not-human, creatures existed before Adam and Eve. While most people think this is a new debate, it is far from that. There is written reference to this idea as far back as 170 AD,7 as well as hints among even earlier Jewish sources. And Augustine of Hippo’s The City of God contains reference to the Egyptians’ belief that their wisdom was 100,000 years old.8

More recently, the ‘Gap Theory’ was popular at the beginning of the twentieth century, as promoted by C. I. Scofield’s The New Scofield Reference Bible. Even famous Bible teacher Chuck Missler (1934-2018) believed in a gap between two separate earthly creations. And I wrote about this theory, too, but it was more of a debate about the translation of the word ‘replenish’ in Genesis 1:28, than about any pre-Adamic intelligent life. (See “Genesis 1:28 — God tells Adam and Eve to ‘replenish’ the Earth”.)9 But, I was not implying there could not have been pre-Adamite intelligent humanoids previously.

Does it matter much to the biblical narrative and humankind’s history if God created humans from scratch, or cloned them, or used genetic engineering, or otherwise ‘uplifted’ a new and fine-tuned human species to replace a previous pre-Adamic humanoid race? The biblical story doesn’t mention such a previous life form, because the Bible is only about the new creation of humans, Homo sapiens, that began with Adam and Eve.

Let’s give some attention to the very beginning two verses of the Holy Bible. “(1) In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. (2) The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters” (Genesis 1:1-2, ESV). Many commentators and academics believe in a large gap of time between verses 1 and 2.

One author wrote, “Whenever it is stated that God ‘made’ the earth and the heaven, or any part thereof, it is referring to the restoration of the immediate heavens and earth sometime after the pre-Adamite destruction portrayed in the second verse.” About this idea of starting over, the author continues, “At the Harvard Weider Library they have 200,000 books on development of the universe: cosmology, chemistry, thermodynamics, paleontology, archaeology, and high-energy physics of creation. That is only one library with the countless books that mention creation. The fact is that a close reading of the [Bible] text makes it clear that there’s information hidden and folded into layers below the surface.”10

In other words, God only tells us what we need to know. Every happening, every conversation, every thought need not be recorded; the Bible is an overview with details provided only if necessary. He gives us enough information so we can do our own research to expand on this knowledge.11

Another author stated that, between these two verses, there was a massive cataclysmic global judgement. And earth’s geology was greatly impacted and shaped by that event, just as another massive global judgement will come upon this present sinful world at the second coming of Jesus Christ.12

These are other opinions, too. I can entertain intelligent life before Adam and Eve, but they weren’t human. Today, humans (Homo sapiens) are the most abundant and widespread species of primates on planet earth. While some scientists argue that the term ‘human’ applies to all previous members of the genus Homo, common usage generally refers only to Homo sapiens as human and all other species of this genus were pre-human.13

Now, verse 1 of Genesis 1 has traditionally been understood as referring to the actual creation of matter, and verse 2 describes chaos, a darkness, explaining earth’s condition before God began to renovate it. If so, then it would seem like something happened between verses 1 and 2 which caused God’s original creation to become “without form and void.”14 And the Hebrew word translated as ‘was’ describing this condition is hâyâh, which also means to ‘become’ or ‘come to pass’.15

And ‘renovate’ means to reconstruct or remodel or make even better, and many believe that is what God was doing after this planet went through a catastrophic and transforming event that had major global consequences, even before the Great Flood of Noah’s day. “The Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters, preparatory to the great creative and reconstructive acts to follow. The remaining verses describe the six days of creation and reconstruction which prepared the earth for human habitation.”16

Even more intriguing is that the word for God in verse 1 is elohim, a grammatically plural form for ‘gods’ (two or more deities).17 Take that information for what you wish, but that does leave open the possibility for Yahweh to include himself and Jesus as cultivators of a new earth including new life forms (or possibly instructing several of his associates to do so).18

Conclusion

Now, I expect some flack from readers of this article and that is okay, for what I present is really on the fringe of belief. But, I’m not telling you what to believe, nor am I stating what I firmly believe. All I’m saying is that a collision in thought is fast approaching, so I am only throwing out possibilities gleaned from the beliefs, theories, and opinions floating around academic circles and quiet talk in some private Christian meetings. I’ll be keeping my faith in God’s divine plan and gathering information as any new discoveries make their way to the public’s eyes and ears.

One thing is certain even at this time, there can only be one true religion. Call it whatever you will, but religion can never be true if people can pick and choose from a variety of conflicting options, as is now the case. The coming true religion will be one set upon a foundation of facts and we all can use our free-will to accept or reject it. But whatever comes to light, I’ll thank God for allowing me to experience this turning point of our human history.

The Old Testament scriptures brought humankind through the catastrophe of the Great Flood and up to the time of Christ. The New Testament scriptures brought us humans to this current point in time. And now we are arriving at a new turning point in our relationship with God; some will accept it, others will not, just as it has happened in the past. Let us not be afraid and let us keep our faith as our promised new world unfolds.

My musical pick for this article is by the artist Crowder. Crowder (originally The David Crowder Band) rose to success through the early 2000s and has racked-up numerous awards over the years. “Good God Almighty” is a fine example of his work. Selected lyrics are below and a link to the music video is listed in References & Notes.19

Good God Almighty
I hope You’ll find me
Praising Your Name no matter what comes

Like sun in the morning
I know You’re gonna be there every day
So what on earth could make me be afraid

You say Your love goes on forever, that Your mercy never stops
So why would I assume You’d be somebody that You’re not
So I keep praising Your name at the top of my lungs

  1. I hesitated in believing you about news about Antarctica but have since seen two news stories abuout world leaders going down there to examine something. Is there any way to find more news about it.

  2. You are propagating misinformation and supporting conspiracy theories. If a church uses solid information in their teaching, like the KJV bible, they teach the truth.

    • Thank you for your opinion; I appreciate that you left it. However, I think today’s Christian teaching is a far cry from all that was taught in Jesus’ day, regardless of the version of Bible used. The real misinformation is how biblical knowledge (as well as historical knowledge) has been twisted over the last two thousand years.

And when I’m told by the press, the government, or the church that I’m supporting conspiracy theories, I take that to mean I must be getting close to the truth.

  3. Everything I once believed came into question when I stumbled onto the truth of the Ancient Tablets of the Sumerian Civilization. Anton Parks a Franco-German writer, specialized in ancient oriental cultures, has translated the tablets which clearly shows that man twisted the truth into a religion they wanted humans to believe.
